This hand-printed and stitched reversibly quilt features Wicklewood's artisanal block print designs in a classic blue and green combination. Tapa, a geometric motif inspired by the South Pacific is edged with a printed border and the smaller scale artisanal Kahala pattern on the reverse. Trimmed with a plain blue border this quilt is the perfect accent in the bedroom or cosy addition to your TV room sofa. Flip it over to reveal a new colour and design for a fresh new look.

This quilt measures 225cm x 225cm and is suitable for a Double, Queen or King depending on your preferences.

The Story

Hand Block Printing, Jaipur

Caroline has always loved the lines and quality of Indian block printing, an age-old Indian artisan technique which uses hand carved wooden blocks to print a repeat motif onto cotton. Our studio is based in Jaipur in Rajasthan in an industrial eco-friendly textile park, and preserves the local printing traditions while preserving safety standards and socially responsible working practices.
