This small white round scalloped mirror is handmade in Peru. First hand-carved, the intricate motifs and patterns on the mirrors are then painted onto the glass by our artisan partners who use a centuries-old reverse glass painting technique from Cajamarca to add splashes of colour to each piece.

Her unique perspective creates evocative work that explores themes of identity and documents her life in Oaxaca. Her work has been featured in renowned publications such as The New Yorker, Vogue USA, The Times, and AD Magazine. She has received the Young Creators program by the FONCA (National Fund for Culture and the Arts) in Mexico and won the inaugural Indigenous Photograph 2021 award.
